This business project, covered by a patent, stems from a desire to bring the asbestos problem to an end through a technologically valid, long-lasting solution.

The KRY • AS technology entails the direct thermal conversion of sealed packages containing asbestos-cement sheets, other asbestos-containing waste or harmful fibres deriving from normal removal operations.

• the inert product can be completely reused as a secondary raw material for various industrial applications
